International Software Vendors

International Software Vendors (ISVs) shall:

● Register their products, capabilities and organization on the NITDA portal.

● Demonstrate the ability to provide on-going support and continuous development and maintenance of any software deployed.

● Disclose and offer all public sector discounts on software licenses on terms negotiated with NITDA.

Indigenous Software Development Firms

Indigenous Software Development Firms (SDFs) shall:

● Register their products, capabilities and organization on the NITDA portal. The service will be provided free of charge and will ensure NITDA awareness of available resources.

● Demonstrate the capacity to provide on-going support and continuous development and maintenance of any software sold or deployed.

● Design and develop products and services that support Nigerian languages and local use cases.

● Have access to seed capital and grants for start-ups, incubation programmes and other forms of government-backed schemes.

● Hold and maintain relevant or any other standard certification in order to qualify for large scale software development bids.
